A simplified, if not overly simplified, grand-strategy game.
As I have only played with the basic rules I will assume that the complexity of gameplay will increase if using the advanced or expert rules. It's a nice intro to historical boardgames, best for the novice. I doubt that die hard Grognards will enjoy it much.
So why the high rating? As simple as I have made it sound, it's still a lot of fun to play.
